Explain the importance of routine maintenance of office equipment to ensure the smooth running of a business enterprise.

Our teacher wants us to re do it with information provided from our text book and other sources, that way we gain a better understanding of the question and the theory associated with it.

I talked about how it stops producitivity and therefore can result in a loss of income, causes disruptions to daily work practises, minmises customer service through the lack of undertaking tasks to meet the required standards as a result of equipment failure. Is their anything else i could use?

Hi. I was just wondering what textbook you use?

I've been look for a guide because my teacher just chucks sheets at us.

There is no excel guide book either
