Does anyone know of any ways other than Duke of Ed that you can do to score additional ATAR marks?

You mean bonus points right? You can get them by doing well in certain subjects required for a course (eg. UNSW's HSC plus or uSYD's Flexible entry scheme), or EAS (eg. bad school, bad study environment, financially disadvantaged etc.)
