I'm pretty sure Ezra Pound and T.S Eliot were friends. Pound actually promoted Eliot's work and helped him to become famous.

ezra pound was also a deeply set facist; who most likely influenced eliot's anti-semitic views.
ezra pound was fond of the symbolist movement; which T.S Eliot derived much of his work from.
