ahh I really need help please ...
My assessment requires me to create a training program for an olympic distance cyclist (4km) and I need to use the principles of training.. including psychological and nutritional considerations.. I need anyones ideas... I am relly stuck

anyway, because the cycilist is an endurance athlete, carbs are the most important, making up about 55-65 % of diet. but also it nmust be stressed the it should be a balanced diet, not just carbs. fat should be included, but only minimal, and protein is essential for recovery. oh and also dont forget fruit and veg.
