also keep in mind failing an exam (one) is not a huge deal. to pass the unit, you just need an overall mark >50 and how you get that is up to you. You could literally not hand in any assignments and get 100% in the final exam and your overall mark will be 50 (assuming they are equally weighted and no other course requirements)
