Bacchus, Silo and Bistro Tartine in Newcastle

Bacchus is super posh and worth all the money you spend
Silo for the great cocktails (and my bf is a chef there so I'm biased lol)
Bistro Tartine for the French influences and cozy atmosphere

Sydney restaurants are overrated (except Tetsuya's) it's all about Newcastle Y'all!
