does any1 know when you have to pay the 20% fee 4 FEE-help?....is it an upfront fee? (do u have2 pay it immediately)..or can u pay it over a year?

No it is added to you amount borrowed, but does not count as part of the 50 000.

its just an added amount

you dont have to pay your FEE-HELP until u earn $35k and over.
you only have 4% at a time anyway.
