if you applied a fee paying course .. can u transfer to HECs ,, somehow later?

Yes you can and it is really difficult. Tell me if i'm wrong, but some courses require a distinction average PLUS a UAI close to the HECS cut off for HECS students.

Yes, it's fairly difficult, unless you are just off the cutoff by a bit. My cousin tried it and it didn't work for her. She's still paying for her 4 year course. LoLz.
