after finished the experiment about the report, there are some questions that i dunno how to do=.=

1) How do home brewers test for the amount of alchool in their brew?
2) calculate the volume of CO2 released per g of sugar

also the mass loss that i've got is 3.44g, and the teacher asked us to compare to the real value, what is the real value?
