Does frictional unemployment include people who are out of work and find work but need to wait? Because i read in the textbook that they are temporarily unemployed from changing jobs. Yeh so just to clarify things.

Also, does anyone know the min. wage for workers? Lastly, is it determined by the Industrial Relations Commission or Govt.? (for govt. work) Cheers..
