hello...is there any sort of time limit involved with film projects for ext. 2. Also, is there anyting that connot be used in the movie, such as violence, course language, etc.

These are the video and film guidelines:)
Video

• The video must have a playing time of 6-8 minutes duration.
• The content of the video may be interpretive, imaginative or analytical
or any combination of these
• A print copy of the video script must be submitted with the tape
• A Reflection Statement must also be submitted with the work
• The student presenting the Major Work should be the sole writer and
director.
Presentation requirements
• The video must be submitted on VHS tape
• The VHS tape should be clearly labelled with the candidate’s
and centre number
• A typed video script should be submitted with the
• Scriptwriting conventions appropriate to the medium
followed.
• Font should be size 12, Arial of Times New Roman.
• Each page should be numbered.
• A cover sheet should be included which states the
candidate number and the title of the work(s).
Film

• The film must have a playing time of 4-5 minutes.
• The content of the film may be interpretive, imaginative
any combination of these.
• A Reflection Statement must also be submitted with the work.
• The student presenting the Major Work should be
director.

• The film must not exceed 35mm.
• The film should be clearly labelled with the candidate’s
centre number.
• A typed film script should be submitted with the tape.

• A cover sheet should be included which states the
candidate number and the title of the work(s).

You can get all that information and more about the other assesments and such if you get the syllabus from your teacher ...

Obviously u haven't met the teacher cos she is not the type of teacher who will give us the syllabus ~ even though she is pretty cool

Surley we would be allowed to hand it in on DVD no? There is no way I could put up with the quality of my submission on VHS.

You can download it from the Board of Studies website. :)
