The UNSW business enrolment guide states that
You need to enrol in the following three Actuarial studies compulsory core courses and one Science course:

MATH1151 Maths- Actuarial & Finance 1A

Choose TWO of the following:
MGMT1001 Managing Organisations & People
ACCT1501 Accounting & Financial Management 1A
ECON1101 Microeconomics 1
FINS1613 Business Finance

SCIF1121 Advanced Science: Professional Perspective and Practice

I was reading through older threads and apparently there are many nuances to choosing the two options. Can someone explain and recommend an option to me. What happens if I choose a completely irrelevant course?
Also for the Science course, it SCIF1121 compulsary?
Thanks

Yes SCIF1121 is compulsory and why would you pick an irrelevant course, it will just hinder your graduation. Just choose SCIF1121, MATH1151, ACCT1501 and ECON1101 for the first semester.

You're allowed to do either SCIF1121 or SCIF1131 btw. I have no idea, myself, as to the differences between the two.
