i have an assignment for food tech on FDP and was wondering if ne one else has done the same thing. we have to develop a new food product that is under 10% fat or sugar that could be sold at the school canteen.

so ne one out there do the same one??
any ideas or suggestions would be great

I am doing onea food product development assingment and i am doibng mine a cookies. I do find this assingment is hard.It is also due on the first week back

I did this assessment task last term. We were told that it had to be a replacement for potato crisps though... So i did bagel chips. You cut the bagels into really thin strips, spray olive oil on them and sprinkle herb salt on... you then chuck them in the oven. They're realy really nice! Everyone else in my class did really disgusting vegetable chips, which i really wouldn't advise making because they were absoloutely horrendous. I got 93% in this assessment so just post again if you need anymore help!
