The chemistry book is listed as 'required' in the handbook and the biology book is listed as 'recommended' in the handbook - even though this is not required, it is extremely helpful especially if you find cell concepts hard!
These Chemistry 1: Chemistry by Blackman, 1st edition. NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND EDITION (except for page numbers and chapter placements) - $70 compared to COOP which is $155 - 167.
CBG: Campbell BIOLOGY: Australian Version by Reece et al, 8th edition. Once again no major differences between this edition and the 9th (current edn) except for page numbers and chapter placements - $75 compared to COOP which is $162 - 175.
