Don't know if its been done before etc. but this is a thread about those supposedly 'awesome' get-to-gethers people have where everyone brings clothes they dont want/never wear and everyone swaps clothes. ie i really love someone else's pink sweater and it fits so i take that back home with me. and if someone likes this brown skirt i never wear its all theirs.. with the excess going to charity..

Anyone participated? Was it good and amazing with great garments swapped, bad and not what you expected, like how?, or ugly and not including ANY cool items?

Also suggestion (definitely most likely wouldnt happen). but if there's something you no longer want people could post pics of it and first one interested gets it. (Exchange person-to-person or something I dunno).

Just wondering a few questions before I embark on a clean up... maybeifican bebotheredlol:eek:

ive heard about this.. but never actually been to one before because basically all my friends are different sizes to me.

my only concern would be with what you actually dont want, probably wont be wanted by anyone else either - although one man's trash blah blah *insert the rest of the cliche here*

yeh i know. and as if you would want your firnds discards right?

but apparently its great (haha in said magazine) cos if you impluse buy something that isnt the right fit or colour or soemthing instead of embarassingly having to take it back someone else benefits.

this one person reckons they got this hot Channel coat out of a swap party thingo.

needless to say i was like  untill i realised none of my friends own any, let alone would have it in the chuckout pile :\:\

p.s. sif not be on msn :/
