Which is the best university to study forensic science?

If someone studied something not science-related during undergraduate studies, is it possible to get into graduate forensics right away?
does he/she need to take an undergrad course first (so for example I graded from Bachelor of Arts and I want to study Forensics, do I need to take an undergraduate bachelor of science/forensic science first?

Is there any uni that has a program that specialises in forensics and is professional (not just theoretical)....and recognised,
I'm talking about forensic chemistry/biology here.

Thanks, blackfriday and azn_gangsta81!
I have heard of the UTS program and went to the site before, read about it.
Is it recognised in the industry? (Forensic biology/chemistry) How about internationally? If you do this, would you practise in a lab or a crime scene? Do they offer real practising during the studies, or is it more focused on theory? Do students get specialised in 1 specific area or is it general.
What jobs do graduates of the program get; what are the chances of employment right after graduation? Are there any other universities offering programs like this. Are you....or anyone you know doing this? What do they say about the programs they're doing?

Thanks once again.

How long did it take her to find that job? (from when she started looking for it)
Was it through any connections/networking?
