Forgotten password for myuws ... HELP! (1 Viewer)

Hey guys/girls,
My girlfriend forgot her password for "myuws" ... and there is no option to answer your secret question or any "forgot my password" options. any ideas on how to get around this?

I think she'll have to ring UWS enrollment help tomorrow on 1300 668 370. They will have to ask her for her DOB, Student Number,personal details, UAC no, etc to prove her ID before they can give her a new password.
