thanks. Just a couple of questions.
Is paper 1 all related to journey?
For example for creative writing is it creative writing based on journey?
and also for analsysis of unseen text? is that related to journey as well?

and what does this mean

Journeys-Set text+1 or 2 texts from stimulus book+text/s of your own choosing

You will study a text in class (for me it was the Tempest) and you will study the texts in the stimulus book (e.g The Road Not Taken). You must also study a text that you choose yourself (e.g. Star Wars).

The question will be for example "How has the study of imaginative/inner/physical journeys shaped your understanding of the journey. Refer to your set text, a text or texts from the stimulus book and a text of your own choosing."

Now in your answer you would have:

Introduction
Talk about set text (e.g. The Tempest)
Relate The Tempest to The Road Not Taken while answering the question.
Use Star Wars to back up your thesis
Conclusion

If you need me help pm glitterfairy (i think she's the English mod) or speak to your English teacher. Also check out the essays in the resources section to help you understand how the question is answered.
