Forum threads loading wierdly (1 Viewer)

Hey,
When viewing threads, the layout doesnt seem to load properly and looks like this when fully loaded:

My internet connection and everything is fine, is there something wrong with the site? or is it something wrong on my receiving side?

Don't understand why this wasn't tested on a localhost before implementing it on a live forum.

vBulletin also allows the use of the same licence on another forum if that forum is set to offline.
