The question is just saying that scientific and technological progress has caused the degradation of moral values and loss of humanity in society.. and whatnot.

Your possible structure could be:

Body 1 - Frankenstein - Science/Progress --> contextually relevant to Industrial Revolution & Age of Enlightenment

Body 2 - Blade Runner - Science/Technology/Commerce --> contextually relevant to the 'decade of greed', economic deregulation, etc.

Body 3 - Frankenstein - Humanity/Morality --> Compare between creator and creation.

Body 4 - Blade Runner - '' --> ''
