Cannibal Holocaust (more of a shock movie than horror), Ted Bundy (pretty disturbing), Happiness (totally fucked up)

cant really think of any decent horrors, the only decent one i've seen lately was the ring..and that was like 3 years ago, Amityville had its moments aswell.

Happiness was good.

Movie that's scared me the most was probably the American version of The Ring. Movies like The Shining and Halloween or even Psycho are all quite enjoyable, but never really scared me.

Seriously though.. Vanity Fair was pretty damn scary. Seeing that old lady's wet wrinkled ass has scarred me for life.

i suggest to enhance yuor fear when watching the movie, to watch it alone at night, when yuor parents went out soemwhere, without anyone being home. seriosly its quite a good experience

gotta go with audition. not just because of the gore, but because of how nasty the overall tone is. it pretty much breaks ever rule of dramatic orthodoxy in what happens to the protagonist, and all the better for it.

also, les diaboliques. it's a thriller without any supernatural/fantastic themes, but the bathtub scene near the end nearly gave me a heart attack when i first saw it.

the exorcist was the film that freaked me out the most when i saw it (12yo), but doubt it'd hold up today.

your sig is pretty fucken disturbing.

hahahaha.
but as for movies, try silence of the lambs? it's not really horror, but it'd make her gasp.

the amityville horror is freaky, but it's like .. gory scary. i think psychologically scary/just genuinely creepy movies are so much worse.

I saw the amityville horror at the movies, but ryan reynolds is in it and he was damn sexy in it.. so i spent too much time checkin him out rather than the film

Nothing Hollywood has made is even close to scary.

My suggestions would be:

Anything from the Guinea Pig Series
Last House on the Left
The New York Ripper
The Sentinel
Irreversible
Henry:portrait of a Serial Killer
Bad Boy Bubby

Some of those arent horror flicks but theyre all unsettling, thats for damn sure.
