Function/Complete Square (1 Viewer)

I thought I had the answer to these but they're different to the answers...


Question 1 - Determine whether this function is even, odd or neither... So I really have to prove it...

f(x)=x/(x^2-1) OR Functionx = x divided by x squared minus 1...

Question 2 - Should be

Complete the square and solve... x^2+11x+12= 0

Could anyone please help?

The way you test it is you substitute for and see what your function is. If then the function is odd, and if then the function is even. If else, neither.

Question 2: try the quadratic formula.
