We are two people, a girl (studying full time and working part time) and a guy (working full time and studying part time). Quite easy going in general however keep the place clean, tidy and quiet. Definitely not a party house. We are responsible and mature and respect people’s privacy, yet enjoy having a drink every now and then with our flatmates.

LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a mature and clean individual (female preferred, preferred age group: 20-35), who is sociable and enjoys a drink and laugh yet is responsible and keeps the place clean and tidy at ALL times. you will be required to carry out common cleaning tasks weekly as per a roster.
--> SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT, however smoking in the balcony is fine.
