how well do u need to go in g math for it to not have a massively adverse affect on ur uai? like would a band 5 fuk u up if u wanted 90?

no, because its only 2 units out of 10. if your other 8 units are 83+ it should be a very safe 90-92.

ive heard bio is crap, coz lots of people are doing it.... and that engo is crap coz not many people are doing it...

bio isnt crap, its just scaled not very high, and i think its also a capped subject, meaning theres a maximum to what you can acheive. but thats becoz its easy as hell.

biology - mean: 37.1/50, scaled: 26.7/50 sd: 5.8, scaled 9.7
engo - mean: 38.2/50, scaled 25/50 sd: 5, scaled 9.4

compare that to maths ext 2 - mean 40.7, scaled 43.8 sd: 6.2, scaled 5.4

thats shit. so if i get whatever mark in bio, my marks get pulled down? say i get 80, it gets pulled down to like 70? thats fucked man

this is your mark after its been aligned from your raw hsc mark and combined with your school mark. you should know that nearly every subject gets pulled down. its not as bad as it looks.
