1). Should I be working out the same muscles on the same day each week? For example Chest on Monday for week 1, then consistently on that monday for the next few weeks? Or it doesn't really matter?
2.) How do I determine how much time per week to devote to each muscle group? Once a week for each? Or is it dependent on how 'weak' they are?
3.) What should I be eating before and after a workout?
4.) Good workouts for BACK, but doable at home. I have two sets of dumbells. Diagrams or GIF's or YOUTUBE vids (good ones!!) appreciated.
5.) I want to lose some body fat to get more defined abs, but I'm also trying to gain body mass through strength training -- Is it possible to do both? and How? Like how do you get a clean cut bulk??? A paradox?
