ginko has a better psychological effect than what it provides in nutriential value

but would you mind buying sugar pills from me?

99% of hsc students said they rock and helped them get 100 uai

Ginkgo --> increased blood flow, could save money by just drinking more water as both serve to ''improve'' memory.
Verdict? Useless

Maybe not. Don't underestimate the placebo effect!

When I did my HSC, I took those Executive Stress (Vitamin B) tablets you can get from any chemisty or woolies. I don't know whether they actually worked or whether it was the placebo effect, but they *did* calm me down, so technically they work :) No side effects that I could think of.

I don't think taking vitamin supplements is a bad thing. It won't hurt to try, and it's probably a good thing seeing that so many people have vitamin deficiencies these days anyway. :)
