Gino Co-efficient (2 Viewers)

ok im confused, in my text "Australia in the global economy" o pg 186 at the top it says "a current gini coefficient of 0.311" and the closer to the bottom of the pg its says " a current gini coefficient of 0.64."
so which bloody one is it???
this text book is giving me the shits, but neways does anyone know the accurate and recent measurment???
