You are unlikely to find a major as specific as ornithology in an undergraduate degree, though you can certainly study zoology at some universities. Just do a google search for 'zoology major' or similar.

You are bound to be able to find academics who study birds or who can supervise research in the area (e.g. I have a friend at uni doing her PhD in evolutionary biology which is focussed on bird behavior).

Anywhere where you can do a BSc. You do Zoology first, then at a postgrad level you start specialising.
