Hey, just wanted to see if we could all add to a collection of websites with useful/relevant information about really good exercises and training tips for when you're at the gym or just working out at home. I recommend checking out the first website before you look at the others as it gives a well rounded introduction as to how to start training hard, losing those pounds and gaining muscle.
