Hey Everyone,
I'd really like some information on Grade POint Average at Sydney, as I want to do Post Graduate Medicine, and i was wondering how exactly it is calculated, and how difficult it is to get a grade point average of 5.5? Is that say, equivalent to getting a UAI of over 99 or what? I really have no idea. Any information would be great thanks.

i (think) a C average is equiv. to a 89 UAI, D 96, and HD 99.x
i currently have a 5.0 GPA, with very little effort.

Getting a 5.5 avg is NOT hard....last semester was my first semester at uni n i easily got a distinction average!!! so if u put in the effort...it ain't hard!!!
(Hoping to get something similar (ACTUALLY HIGHERRRRRR......!!!) this semester....*fingers crossed*)

uhm... wuts the gpa cut off for the hardcore courses then???

cuz my mum is bitchin me (yes i realise the irony) abt transfer to law/med etc etc... so just wanna know...
