Hey dudes,

1st time poster here.

Anyway, I am starting graduate law next year, and so was wondering if anyone can provide me some tips as to how difficult law is in general?

Also, I was hoping if anyone is kind enough to post law unit outlines on this forum if they have already done certain law units?

I am particularly interested in obtaining the unit outlines for the following:

Contracts Law
Constitutional Law
Administrative Law

hey :)

i don't have unit outlines, sorry - wouldn't worry too much though because they often change and there's not much you can do ahead or time or much that'll be a surprise...

most assesments are the same - mult choice or moots or problem solving

As far as if it's hard or not... as with everything, it depends on how you learn and stuff.

EG - people say law foundation is hard but i found it really easy, but i found torts law hard..

a lot depends on your interest in the topic because if you hate it you're likely to not do the work and find it hard...

Contracts is a pretty mind-- numbing unit if you're not into the commercial side of things.. haven't done admin or constit yet...

But i mean.. as long as you do your work everyweek and actually attend the classes unlike a lot of students you should be able to get decent marks no problems :)
