hey guys

i just want to know about the degree of difficulty of graduate med.
Is it more competitive than undergraduate.
Is the GAMSAT easier than the UMAT in terms of how many people reach the average cut off each year (i know there are more factors such as GPA).

I've moved this to the Health/Medicine studies section. Students might be able to give you their opinions and experience from here.

From what I hear, the GAMSAT is more difficult because there is content to be learnt (if you don't already know it) and also practice for the extended essay section.

I highly doubt that post-graduate Medicine is more competitive because most people would choose a course and stick with it (a considerable amount of money and time). That being said, Uni's such as USyd or UMelb would be extremely competitive to the likes of its counterparts like ANU or Deakin.
