Graduate / Vacationer Recruitment with GPA < D at Big 4? (1 Viewer)

Hey has anyone here secured a vacation or grad position at one of the Big 4 accounting firms with a GPA < D ? If so what extra-cirricular activities etc. were u involved in?

I guess I fit that category. I was on a Credit average (using WAM, since the firms just average out your marks).

I had work-experience (customer service + communication), in a completely unrelated area (warehouse of a retail store), for 2.5+ years. I did this while studying fulltime (commitment + time management). Also worked as a tutor (communication).

Mentoring at university (leadership). "Mate at Mac", basically a friend for students on exchange (communication with internationals). Part of clubs and societies. In the Global Leadership Program (the word leadership sounds good. This saved my ass)

Being able to communicate in the interview was probably also very important.

I've bolded what I thought were the things that I got out of doing those activities.
