Nope, gravity is always an attractive force. People have theorized the existance of anti-gravity, but so far its science fiction.

Note: Gravity is the only fundamental force that cannot be explained using the standard model. The electromagnetic force, The Weak Nuclear Force and the Strong Nuclear force are all explained by the exchange of 'force-carrying' particles, called Gluons. The force carrying particle for the Electromagnetic Force is the photon etc. All of these Forces have a repulsion and an attraction. Gravity is the only Force unexplained by this Model, and it is only attractive. (The force carrying particle for gravity has been predicted and is termed the Graviton. It has not yet been observed.)
