What do you guys think of them?

I am eternally grateful for woolies green bags. They always seem referred to as 'woolies bags' even though coles makes them too.

Franklins has an ugly black version.
Cotton On makes lots of cool looking ones that fold up.
Myer now has a pink Wayne Cooper one, and a black Leona Edminston one.

i hate them they make you look old, ,and i hate how you go to coles and buy something, and they ask you "do you want a bag with that?" but they say it in that tone, if you say yes your a horrible horrible person..
I hate plastic bag hoarders who want a bag for their tic tacs.

Wear clothing with pockets. Otherwise, carry bags.

In woolies I saw this old woman and she bought two apples... and needed a bag for each, as well as another bag to put the two bags in. It was so gay, the guy serving her looked like he was going to suffocate her with one of the bags.

But if you've actually got a substantial amount then it's justified.

if you take a look at the myer ones you'll find they are quite stylish so they don't make you look old

i think they should stop using plastic bags at the shops altogether

it will be much easier to recyle plastic bags then the green bags once those bags go out of fashion...

jesus fucking christ

they're not a fashion item, they're not "going out of fashion" and it doesn't matter whether they match your outfit

that's got nothing to do with it. i mean scrap the plastic bags altogether, everyone can bring their green bags to the shop, they won't be a fashion statement they'll be a necessity.

i am referring to supermarkets.

I really like them; mainly because they are helping the environment and I really like the idea of being able to have bags in materials that can be recycled because in the end it helps the planet! :)

I think that the Coles check-out people's things on thei badges are cool too! They say; "Say NO to plastic bags!" --> they're cute! :p

i use them abit, for text books at uni...and sometimes if i need to carry heaps of clothes somewhere!

plastic bags should be eliminated in supermarkets..the only problem is remembering to bring ur green bags shopping, so u dont have 2 keep buying new ones

just commenting, how long do you think people are going to be using these green bags? not long. when they stop being used they will be harder to recycle then plastic bags. anyway, how many people do you know have 15 hundred green bags yet always forget them when they go grocery shopping, so end up using plastic bags anyway?
