Guys please help me with this it is pissing me off.
For my conflicting perspectives essay i decided to use 'Dulce Et Decorum Est' by Wilfred Owen. Now i know that it is a standard prescribed text.
Am i allowed to use this in advanced. I chose this text because it relates so well to my other two.
Please help. Teacher says im not allowed. But ive spoken to other teachers from different schools they say i can.
Can you help thanks.

There's no rule against it. But you might want to be careful, it may leave a bad impression.
