so my dad lost his group certificate (okay more like i kinda lost it for him ) but anyway apparently he really really really needs it back *guilt* how do i go about achieving this ie getting another copy of it or something. its v. important.

I don't think it's exactly hard for work to give him another copy though. Just ask for another

I've asked work for another once and it went fine.

if all else fails....i think theres a section on the ato site wherein it says that if the group certificate gets lost you need to write a statutory declaration stating how much you earned this year based on an estimate and if it does go that way...he needs all the payslips he got during the financial year as evidence.
