Is it worthwhile doing the harder 3U questions from 4U textbooks, in preparation for the 3U test (this year I'm not doing 4U...dunno if I will next year though).
Could doing the questions out of the 4U Fitpatrick book on Harder 3U topics be good prep. for Q7 in 3U??

if you do 4u next year i would. cause you would be getting the books anyway

haha or you could just hope to get a 1991 / 1996 qn 7, which imo should be 4-5

I would say be careful - Harder 3u covers a lot of territory that is really extra theory / methods, like strong induction and inequalities, which aren't really just harder 3u style questions.
