hi guys, i completed the hsc last year and i did business studies as one of my subjects. I had heaps of problems with this topic, so my teacher recommended this textbook for me 'Business Budgeting and Financial Managemnet' by Ricahrd hughes, Des Minogue, Godfrey Senaratne'.
It's this Huge textbook (thicker than the seventh harry potter book), a little bit outdated but it has heaps of e.g's for each of the profitability, solvency, gearing, all the ratios.
I only have one copy left of the tetxbook, i can send all the details if anyone is interested.... but for everyone alse I HIGHLY recommend this book. Search for it in bookstores or at even your local library, it should be there.
