HECS form (1 Viewer)

ok, ive filled out my HECS form, but im a bit confused, am i meant to send the whole thing back to my uni, or keep a certain coloured bit of paper (and if so, which)

take the whole thing to uni, they figure out wat to keep and wat u can take

mine got soaked (it was in the letterbox during a massive storm), but ive filled it out anyway, but all the colours have ran and its a little bit hard to read the back page, do you reckon they will accept it, or will i have to fill out another?

if its legible, it should be ok?
make sure the carbon copy is ok too
