i know the 31st of march is some sort of census date or sumfn, but i wanna know if i pay my hecs 2day do i still get that special discount or is it 2 late ?

its got sumfin callled 'census date 31 march" but i think that means i cannot add or remove subjects or sumfn....i dunno
