It depends which summer session your course runs in:

Sup exam results get released once they are marked.

It usually shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks for them to mark the supp exams. This however probably depends upon the urgency of the results for the students. If there's a course that requires their supp test mark that is starting soon, then they'll probably mark it a bit quicker.
