Here's the thing - for uni I need this program called 'Lindo'. After I downloaded it - on a dial-up connection (which takes forever)! I got this message when I attempted to install it:

'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application'

This is like the third time I've got this message when trying to install a program! Some programs install, but with others I get this message! Is my computer stuffed? anyone have a clue?!
