Hey,

I have an assessment soon where we have to write a short story on Physical Journeys. We'll get some stimulus pictures in the exam, and we have to represent the ideas in one of the pictures in the form of a story. Ok now, I am really not the creative type and I can't write at all. Just wondering if someone could tell me what makes a good story?! Where do I find inspiration? Should I go for a more original story or just go for the first idea that comes to mind? Anything I should steer clear of? Thanks heaps

hey dont worry ... i was quite crap with creative writing too... but am gettin better.. getting close to band 6!!
newya, i reckon the most imp part with creative writing is to do something that u like doing or u are good at, like diary entries or conversations or even an essay!! also, talk abt things you know abt and like. even though u try and imagine, put in uer personal experiences and thoughts.. that helped me!! give it a try!
