Help !!!! - Feature and Technique - What's the difference ????? (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what is the difference between a technique and a feature for both a written and visual text. i find it difficult to differentiate between the two. Please help because i am so confused.

I've always thought they were the same. Way back in Year 11 our teacher introduced us to the phrase "textual feature", and encouraged us to use that instead of "technique" in our essays. But it doesn't matter at all which word you use.
