Help, Okays I have a problem in deciding to do French extension or not?

Is the extra 1 unit even worth it?


Subjects:
English Advanced
2U Maths
French continuers
Ancient
Art
Drama

I topped French continuers so my teacher really recommended me to do French extension, but I'm stressing over the extra time and effort, considering my other subjects which some may need more attention (Maths)

So does anyone know if Extension French worth the extra effort?
Does 1 extra unit do anything?
Is the work much harder than continuers?
