Hi,
Is it true that the maximum mark for general mathematics is 80% ?????

I heard that General Maths is capped at 90.... (whatever that means)!

no, that is not true.
last year 4 people from general maths at my school got over 90 in the HSC,
there is no 90 cap, but it is hard to get over 90.

i'm hopeing to get over 90, time will tell.
