HELP!! i cant write an essay to save my life (1 Viewer)

I cannot write an essay. I know what ive got to put in it but have no idea how to acctually write it down......any tips? anyone?

back it up with a quote
explain

e.g. skrzynecki's Crossing the red sea shows the emotional experience of the sea voyage
"from behind sunken eyes, that shared their secrets with storms and exiles"
this sharing provided a healing process for their sorrow

that was just an example
