Hey I am doing Workplace for one of my options and it is one that i am not that great at. the question is

In relation to the workplace, evualate the place of Law in resloving confilct and encouraging cooperation, including discussion of negotations between employers and employess?

If anyone can help it would be much apprieciated or just to put me on the right track.
