The Assignment question is this..
You are to research a business that has experienced change within the last five years and complete the following:
- Describe he nature ad sources of change
-Outline the reasons for resistance to change
-Evaluate the effectiveness of management in managing change
-Make Recommendations of how change should be managed

I have choosn McDonalds as its typically easy and I understand it better as I did a case study on it in year 11..
The thing is those I am having difficultly writing it.. Any care to help?

just do the stuff like its written in the textbook and be sure to relate it back to the business whenever you can

e.g. Nature and Sources of change -> Managers may have an inertia to change due to a lack of training. An example of this is evident at 'local' McDonalds when the store expanded to include a McCafe. The managers did not feel qualified enough to successfully manage the cafe component.
